S@B 6X42 SCOPE

I Just bought a s @b 6x42 for my 222 for the odd fox and maybe a roe in scotland in the new year anyone have opinions on these scopes ive used its bigger brother 8x56 in the past so know there well made wanted to keeep it simple with fixed Mag as i have a hawke variable on my 22lr

I don't even own a variable scope. I've got 6x42s as above and 8x56s on my 223 and 308. So much less faffing about. Even my "garden gun" Ruger 10/22 has a cheap 4x32 on it. 

It's all personal opinion anyway. If you like it, use it. I do. :good:

Yes Walshie a man after my own heart keep it simple Fella I wildfowl with went to Scotland last year and spotted a deer he said he messed about with a new variable so much the deer went back into the woods before he was comfortable taking the shot lol Now not saying variables bad no way just average shot like me a fixed scope easier for me cheers mate 👍👍👍
