To-nite, im mainly......

    eating a 3/4lb well matured sirloin steak ...with homemade chips fried onions and a fried tomatoe.......wash the skillet out with a little red wine and chuck it over the rested steak

    Try the 227g 36 days matured Aberdeen Angus sirloin and ribeye steaks from Aldi........for under a fiver!....small but never had a duff un!

    i will have a go at the sirloin............but im not too fussed about rib-eye.........i tend to buy what looks good on the day....but i do find if i see a nice piece of nearly black well hung rump...it will on taste and tenderness ...knock all the other steaks into a cocked hat....but it has got to be good...as i dont like bashing the steak about with a meat hammer...if i have to do that...then i should have bought a bit of fish instead

    Are you sure it doesn't say OLD RED WINE and someone has written the B on with a felt tip. 🤣

    As long as it imbibes well that is all that matters  🍷🍷🍷
