Pheasant breast take the sinus out then beat flat with a mallet. 3 rachers streaky bacon streched out with back on knife place flat on work surfies put pheasant breasts on top Put a little dry sage onion on top of pheasant salt pepper to taste roll up put on bakeing tray put in over on gas mark 4 till cooked.
