Ref the picture...trail cam early morning heavy mist and I have ,as said, pulled it a bit.  I initially thought muntie because we do have a fair few around there, but the tail just seems a bit too gingery. You can just see the pointed shape of a head showing the other side of the protruding support for the flip top and two legs.

Twenty past here Ditchie :yay:

Do not have wild boar around here at the moment and it is too big. 

Old logs.... well they moved very quickly as they are not on the previous frame and not on the next but a good try.

One of the joys of sitting about ten yards from this or any flip top is seeing the miriad of small birds that enjoy the peanuts and knowing that the next dead tree rat will help save their eggs and youngsters in the future.  The front panel of that flip top has 1/4 inch holes drilled in it so the many tits and woodpeckers can come help themselves.

I'm pretty certain it was a muntie although we do have a small but growing population of roe as well.
