bruno22rf Posted January 3, 2019 Report Share Posted January 3, 2019 Apparently very successful on grey Squirrels but I think the initial cost puts a lot of buyers off - pretty easy to steal I would imagine? A word of warning - they hold a charge, I believe, even if you remove the co2 capsule so putting your finger inside, thinking that all is well, is a recipe for a disaster - local rep was demonstrating one of these to a local chap that I know and did not realise - ouch. I looked at them a couple of years back and was put off them as they weren't legal for Greys at that time, though they where looking to be licensed for grey squirrels at the time? the farrier Posted January 4, 2019 Report Share Posted January 4, 2019 They are as about as much use as a chocolate teapot, great design, but rats are just not interested in sticking their heads inside, the importers will tell you it’s all about correct bait choice and trap placement, but stick them next to Fenn’s and they have no chance, Shane as they are a well built idea.
