hambone Posted January 7, 2019 Report Share Posted January 7, 2019 We had some pears left over from Christmas and my wife suggested poached pears and stilton as a starter before a main of gammon parsley sauce and mash. As I was not that hungry I suggested having the poached pears/stilton grilled on top of the cooked gammon.
