ratchers
Just nicely waiting for the crow to sit still before shooting. There, bang on, one dead crow taken out of a tree at 30 yards, wait, now its starting, what you ask, well that corvid wake thing, where all the corvids in the area go mad and start croaking and flying round squawking and if your lucky landing in the same tree giving you another chance to bag another, and another, and...... until the mag runs out, quick change mags, shoot that one nearest, right on but it flys away, another chance and thats a miss aswell, things quieten down, Somethings wrong so I shoot at a metal post not far away. No clang so summats up. End of shooting today. At home after quick look I can see a pellet at the end of the muzzle. Silencer already off so now take the barrel off and push out two pellets that are jammed. That was two months ago and its never happened before or since, the only thing I can think is the pellets in the spare mag(which is never used)had gone dry and stuck in the spout. Any ideas? wyn
I once had a bit of a sticky regulator on my HW100 that left a couple of pellets up the barrel.

villaman
Give me a regulated gun any day of the week, no stupid power curves Did you make sure you had air in the cylinder before shooting .? If the gun has been left for some time dry fire a few times and this goes with most PCP guns
ratchers
Its a idea being a sticky reg, but never happened before or since. Use the gun regularly and top air up after two mags, no power curve, no drop off.
