For years I used an old lightweight canvas fishing holdall with reinforced bottom, until it eventually gave up the ghost, I could get 6 poles and about 15 pigeon sticks in it, plus my fishing brolly, since then I have bought a number of so called hide pole bags but all of them came apart at the seams or ripped with very little use.

Make sure there is plenty of length and width for at least 5 poles, I have two longish poles that I use for the sides of my hide and they stick out the top of the bag by 2 inches in the bag I have just bought from A1 Decoys.

I know what you mean when you say “actually withstand some use” most seem very poorly made.
