louisvanhovell
Hi, I'm looking for a .22 carbine length barrel for a BSA Lightning or Supersport. I have a .177 carbine length Lightning barrel with shroud if swapping is an option. Many thanks, Louis
strimmer_13
Careful it dont take you over the limit. I believe a .177 takes more punch, so putting on a .22 might make you jump a extra ft/lb. Check out salisbury auction next month, or freeads. Ebay usually has barrels on but listed as something stupid such as 'front end' to get around the selling policys. This one doesnt say calibre

I'll contact the Ebay seller and find out about the caliber. Good tip about the power too. It's for one of my Meteors though. Should be fine. With this .22 carbine Lightning barrel, it's doing a steady 530 ft/s with 15.89 gr JSB's > 10 ft/lbs. But I need another one of these lovely short barrels for another Meteor 😁
