washerboy
Both are a common sight around me, 10 years ago a buzzard would have folks stop their cars or twitcher visiting the lanes and fields. I see 5 or 6 everyday, some sat on telegraph poles and road signs. As for badgers don't get me started. I wouldn't put a terrier to ground anymore within 20 miles of my house one of the reasons I stopped terrier work Edited March 16, 2019 by washerboy

guzzicat
I know someone who dislikes brown worm eaters, he finds a dead rabbit dropped on a quiet road on frosty nights where there is a bend in the road, quite effective,, rabbit freezes to road, come daylight Buzzard feeding becomes roadkill. Blackbriar
We see several kites and buzzards a day - my wife calls her chihuahuas into the house, if she sees them over the garden ! The other week, I counted 4 roadkill badgers in less than half a mile............
