The Mighty Prawn Posted April 7, 2019 Report Share Posted April 7, 2019 Tried this ground for the first time today, was really impressed - plenty of variety and the setting is interesting as it’s an old army site and loads of their buildings are left everywhere. My mate I shoot with visited when he was in the army and had some cracking stories of tracer bouncing back off the mound when they were in the butts, a little trip down memory lane for him and a good shoot. favourite stand, the grouse butt that occasionally lobs one straight at you, certainly focuses the mind! only downside it was really busy and consequently we had to race to get round and even then the last shooter didn’t finish his round.
