Gammo 610 Rifle

Recommended Posts

Hi Shooters

I have been given a brand new Gammo 610 .22 Springer.

Not a lot of reviews on YouTube so just wondered if they are any good for Hunting.A nice Light Rifle with Iron Sights that I fitted with a Nikko Mountmaster 3x9x50 AO Scope.

Havent had a real shoot with it yet ,so any info appreciated.

Thanks for reading this.

Tin Hat on....... get rid m8 - px it for a used quality rifle and put a £150 or so into a gun designed to do the job - keep the scope and shop around for a used HW80, 95 or even a 77 if you are fit enough. Original 45, Annie 335 etc - there's plenty to choose from if you wait and have cash - IMHO Gammy should be used for training / plinking .

hello, typical chinese made air rifle, bit twangy and noisy but  if your handy you could make better, look on the UK chinese airgun forum,  if your not wanting to do that make sure the scope can take the recoil and mounts have a stop screw,

Never look a gift horse in the mouth, mate ! At very least, you can have some fun with it !

Gamo's reputation is improving and yours should be good for close-up small vermin and ferals, Beyond 25yds, I'd have my doubts, but you never know...........
