When i was given the tank pallet measurements i allowed 12mm all the way round, I am pleased to say when we lifted the tank in we had 12mm all the way round. We hitched it up to the quad for a dry run, it sat nice on the tow hitch, it had a good lock with no fowling. Lets get some water in the tank, this could take a while with the size of that hose. I decided to go for half a tank, what the grandson does when i am not there is his business. Once again I was very happy with the outcome, there was no ballooning in the tyres, amazing at 15 PSI, and the quad pulled it effortlessly. Now I know its a nice warm day with nice dry grass, and may well be much different when its wet. But for now I am well happy watching that quad towing 500 kilo plus the weight of the trailer.
