No, they might have to pay for their own passport, but dont hold your breath on that one. Its the £1300 naturalisation fee he is offering free, on our behalf, how kind. Michael Gove would offer European nationals living in the UK the chance to become British citizens at no cost if he becomes prime minister. They have always only admitted to about a third of that number.
