Over the the years I have called in 100’s of corvids... I use corvids as this call will call in crows, rooks, jackdaws and magpies. Last weekend when using the call the mouth piece failed.. I emailed Sam to see if he sold replacement mouth pieces. The reply was ‘unfortunately I don’t sell replacement mouth pieces - but send me the call and I will repair it for you free of charge’. What a service I thought.... So sent the call to Belgium at the cost of just over a fiver... Package arrived this morning - with a brand new caller! Yes Sams calls may cost a little more than most but what an after sales service 👍🏻 Anywhere credit where credit is due. Sams Calls and service comes highly recommended. Thanks all....
