Another dodgy plant to identify please

saw a few of these today all growing on gorse

Could be dodder. Comes in all colours.

Clover dodder, a species of Scaldweed 

Botanical name Cuscuta epithymum

Well, thats according to my free app on my smart phone called Picture This. Great for identifying plants

Walshie was first and wins the prize but bob the dug beat JDog to the Latin and botanical name, so goes to the top of the class.👨‍🎓

Dodder is not nearly descriptive enough to describe this plant but that is what it is. Parasitic plants are often unusual in appearance and this is no exception.
