oldypigeonpopper Posted July 26, 2019 Report Share Posted July 26, 2019 18 minutes ago, Benboy said: Hi all looking for some plans to make a string operated flapper if anyone could help or if somebody has one for sale let me know thanks Ben hello, to the PW, i used one years ago that had rubber wings, the only problem is getting a good solid ground hold with spike and keeping the decoy up right while you pull the string, and heavy, A1 decoy have a floating pigeon with spring wings £12. 99p and much lighter with better wings, you might be able to add a string pull system to, this has a thumb screw holder to fix on to a ground spike, say 4 ft of steel rod ( size ? ) a kick plate welded on and the top bent to a right angle to slot into the screw holder, i am sure other PW members have some good ideas to, Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
