Recommended Posts

1 remove the screw through the iron

2 unscrew the push rod 

3 at the front of the push rod tube [ known as the box ]there is a hole which will allow access to the tail pipe retaining pin .

4 When these are all out a sharp slap against the palm of the hand would free the iron from the wood .

I've just ordered a tru-oil stock refinishing kit, hopefully it'll come out well, never refurbed a gun before.
