You do know of course that Guido Fawkes is nothing but a propaganda sheet for the hard-Brexit wing of the Leave campaign. As such it has no more validity as an original source of reference that does The Socialist Worker.

He seems to be remarkably well informed. Perhaps you could point out some of the more glaring lies he has published. It shouldn't be hard, if you are accurate.

Yes, JLR is going to invest heavily in new plant and production in the Midlands. Good. But to extrapolate from JLRs decision, as the above article tries to do, that other companies will perforce follow suit and therefore warnings about damage to British industry from a hard Brexit are just made-up sh*te to thwart the will of the electorate is deliberately deceitful rubbish.

Anyway, never mind. If Johnson gets in and keeps his word (unlikely I know), it looks like a hard Brexit is coming. It'll be very interesting then though to see if  Guido Fawkes and other such publications will be prepared to own the inevitable consequences of what they've campaigned so hard for, or if they'll instead try and blame Verhofstaht, the EU, May, Corbyn, the Remainers, and farmer Jones' dog, Spot. But I think we all know the answer.

Strange then, that Guido Fawkes, unlike most political bloggers, has NEVER been sued!  Could that be because he tells the truth?  Voted the best political blog for the last 15 years!

Marvellous how you can keep your finger on the button from so far away from the action?  Could there be a hint of anger at not being able to get back into the country?  Maybe a change of leadership / government might  alter that?

Not content with having their own newspaper, today the Brexit Party have taken media matters further into their own hands and set up BrexBox, a YouTube channel presented by Brexit Party MEPs with regular panels, debates, and a promise of mischief.

“Instead of relying on our friends in the media to give us a fair hearing we thought we would take matters into our own hands.”

Surprisingly watchable. The first episode is online now…

Source: Guido Fawkes

Finally, something worth watching! No more Left wing biased garbage from the BBC and SKY news!

Where do you get one..?

They were handing them out in Bournmouth outside Debenhams at the weekend, I was given one. Not a lot in it but all very sensible, not OTT or heavily biased towards their point of view..

Labour position on Brexit shifting as predicted, I still doubt I'd vote for them but at least there will be some more clarity should a GE arise in the event that the new PM makes a hash of it all between now and end of October.

Could you really vote for a Labour Party lead by Jeremy Corbyn?

Indeed , any labour voter who wants out, would have to think very seriously about continued support for a party that ignored the referendum.

Wonder how all the Midlands and Northern Labour constituencies that voted to leave by a significant majority, will react? 🤔

Exactly.

Labour , with its unelectable leader, anti semitic and anti democratic stance, just slashed its throat by declaring for remain.
Im not saying it didnt have to do one or the other, but which ever way it went , it was going to damage itself.

A GE should be the last thing on its mind at the moment, because slaughter awaits it.

I have only voted for Labour once as a strategic vote I think around the time of Major ('92) but I struggled with that immensely. Corbyn would be a stretch too far I feel but in truth it probably depends on how bad the whole mess with Brexit gets. To say "never" is something people often regret saying and are reminded of down the line.

By the same token, I don't know if the article published yesterday about the mainstream views of Conservative members is correct but if they are then they don't represent the majority of my views either.

You mean the mess of Corbyn would go nicely on top of the (possible) mess of Brexit ?

Not really following the logic of that one.

The Tories are rising in the polls, just as Labour are plummeting. I never thought Corbyn would ever make PM, but he is truly doomed.

Ill health rumours, anti-semitism running rife, bombshell Panorama programme, gagging orders being sought (despite Labour's previous stance on these). It all adds up to a potential disaster for Corbyn, Abbott, McDonnell and co.

Brexit is already a mess, if you don't see that reality then no wonder the rest of the logic is lost on you?

Based on previously dialogue though I can only assume you're jesting.

Yes of course brexit is a mess, mainly because it has been very poorly managed by Remainers at EVERY level!

Not really , the people trying to STOP Brexit happening are causing the mess.

Brexit hasnt happened yet, so you cant say its the mess of Brexit, or the tories, Farage , right wing xenophobes , illiterate Brits ect.
WHEN it happens, despite the best efforts of the remain majority Parliament, you can blame any mess on BREXIT, until then lets keep the blame for the mess and indecision where it rightfully belongs, with the politicos causing it.

Now Lord Triesman has today resigned the Labour whip......citing institutional anti semitism in the Labour Party!
