Funny you should mention the Libdems , a party that promised something in their manifesto , then completely reneged on it, then got wiped out at the next election.

If the tories put a Brexiteer PM  up, deselect some of their remainer MPs and make it their manifesto pledge to honour the leave vote ,  then will win with plenty left in the tank.

Labour ? Does anyone take labour seriously any more ?

See all that red in the north ? That be gone

Ive said all along that Corbyn wouldn’t declare for Remain as it would blow the party in half, stuck between the North of England and Wales wanting to leave, and his new wave of mad socialists remainers!

Now he’s declared for his second vote I can’t help but think perhaps he’s finally done it!

The question is, where are those voters going to go? I can’t see them voting Con. Many will bite the bullet and still vote for anyone in a red tie.

UKIP/ Farages new Brexit party have potential to make big gains if they push it right.

Is that a sex move? 🤔

Might be as well as;

A term used to highlight a complete reversal of thinking akin to a ferret in a drainpipe that can do a 180 degree turn, hence aluding to some of what is going on in Parliament regarding Brexit!

let me get this right......................."so if i talk **** i can get a job at £80.000/year as an MP"

as far as i know it has always been "a rat up a drainpipe"............so it should be a "reverse rat"...........

Not a word i would use. Inflammatory language does not promote reasoned debate.

I'm pretty sure leavers have been the butt of many an inflammatory remark for years.

Leave the EU yes simple solution but there will be a few mill that will say we wanted to leave everything else even though that was not a choice on offer. People already die of poverty    Yes, they do; in both this country and the EU, despite being in or because of being in the EU? Your point being?

It's just process to sort it but we need to know what we are trying to sort. We can sort it after we've left, cos it certainly isn't going to get sorted while we're in.

I think leavers have been the butt of many an inflammatory remark over the past few years, and long before the referendum. No one seemed to mind then as we were all racist and figures of ridicule, and not to be taken seriously.

Yes, people already die of poverty, and always have, despite being in the EU or out of it; your point is?

We wont sort it unless we leave. Leave, then we can sort it.

For gods sake man, get a grip, you were born in 1965 so you were 20 years too late to go through a World War. But hey don't let the facts get in the way of a good rant !

Must have put my wrong age in my profile or I have been fiddling my pension for the last 9 years, but yes I do remember the days just after the war. I have never looked

at my profile since I joined, obviously others do.:D

How many World Wars have you been through previously?

Anyway let's hope MPs are more proficient at filling out ballot papers than the general public appear to be...

Another profile snooper, what, that I can remember the post war years, just born in 45, put the wrong no in.

Its OK none of its true, a few lads went on FULL FACT and checked :whistling:

So lets be clear , the EU never lies, and none of its going to happen, except for some of it thats already happened.

Snooping on a senior citizen who put the wrong no in his profile, never looked at since I joined, others obviosly do snoop about.

Profile snooper? lol, I was just working on the basis that if you'd "gone through" a previous world war then you'd need to be at least 80 years old.

Given the age you imply you are I'm even more surprised you made the original comment than I was previously.

No offence intended.

Hopefully "no deal" Brexit ain't dead yet!.....just needs someone with some gonads, who genuinely wants the leave the EU to front it up!

I thought "No Deal" was the default.?

May doesn't have accept any of what was voted on last night, so if A50 isn't revoked the default it is then....or do I stand to be corrected.?
