Benelli stock extender for tall people.

Recommended Posts

I bought one and it makes my gun a bit long with the longest pad. Great with shorter pad though and gives you options.

I spent the £110 on a new long pad from Brownells when i had a M2. Sold the M2 now and have kept the pad just in case i get another in future. Even £50 is a lot for what it is.

For me, it representes good value for money since it`s barely half the price of a Benelli recoil pad.

But that is`nt the point.

It is intended to significantly increase the length of the stock, beyond the dimensions that can be achieved with any of the conventional Benelli recoil pads and, because of that, there`s nothing else like it on the market.

Sad benelli won't address the issue in the first place.....I reckon they will now rather than let an outside company cash in on it

As a company Benelli seem to be oblivious to the requests of their customers and they operate in a vacuum where constant customer representation means nothing to them.

I`m interested to see if they bring out something similar, if they do it will be insanely over priced like their existing recoil pads. But they seem to tolerate a whole raft of after market chokes, cocking handles, bolt release buttons etc, etc. without making any attempt to bring these things in house.

I`d be interested to know what their business model is with stuff like this. I don`t somehow think they`ll tell me though!

Mudpatten, Benelli have addressed some of the issues the new Ethos range with its bigger oblong  bolt release button and the new bolt system that always locks up. No more Benelli click.

Shame they have took no notice on extending the length of pull.

I did see another design of extender where you fitted a adapter into the stock then you could fit standard shotgun butt pads, no need for the overpriced Benelli ones.
