How much rib should you see?

If you’re aware of how much rib you can see when taking a shot, then you’re looking at the rib. 
The only time I’m aware of the rib is when I’m practising my mount in a mirror; if it interferes with your shooting then your mount is wrong or your gun doesn’t fit.

I like a 60 40 pattern slightly high as both eyes less than 5% different but  when tired / afternoon eye dominance changes  from right to left ,   if not slightly high I don't know which eye is on target with a flat shooting gun,  a slightly high gun helps me  I never see a bead as I concentrate in the target
