YORKSHIRE!!!

Recommended Posts

Ey up everyone!

I spotted some lovely looking G10 the other day and thought to me self ‘by eck that’s Yorkshire blue!’ So I had to have it.

I’ve put it on one of my smaller knives with some white G10 liners, a Caron fibre pin and lanyard tube. The scales are countersunk and the front pin is a wooden dowel that I’ve epoxied some little Yorkshire Rose badges to.

it’s not quite finished, I’m waiting for some blue paracord for the lanyard and trying to work out what sort of sheath it’s going to need.

it’s made by a Yorkshire man whose also a Yorkshire Gunner in Yorkshire and all the materials from Yorkshire. That makes it pretty special in my eyes 😎👍

Here it is, finished in all its glory!

Just as I did the final polish I kind of knew exactly who it should be for so it’s wrapped up ready for Christmas.

Ive got loads of the handle material left so I might make a few more Yorkshire knives at some point.
it’s another Scandi grind, I’m kind of liking these now!
