panoma1 Posted November 30, 2019 Report Share Posted November 30, 2019 On the off chance!.......Is there anyone on PW who has the equipment, and is able (and willing!) to do a couple of small brass brazing jobs? In or around the Birmingham area? I made a couple of 8 bore brass capper/decappers some years ago, and fixed the brass pillars into the brass baseplate using solder, however, not having the right tools for the job, the joints were a bit (only a bit, I promise!👍) loose, and It appears they may not be solid enough to stand up to the pressure exerted during use? I would of course deliver and pick up, or arrange delivery and return....and willingly pay a reasonable cost for time/materials/expertise etc. Responses by PM please? Thanks in advance! Paul.
