New Dog

So after years without a dog ,ive taken the plunge cancelled next years holiday to Oz ,and am going to pick this little cracker up next Friday cant wait

no hes getting called Jake ,which my mrs and daughter turned into Mateo as the character who plays Mateo in tv prog Benidorm is actually called Jake , had my head shaking too

Nothing wrong with Jake :) like said on other threads, don't rush him, if you avoid putting him in situations where things can go wrong, he will be all the better for it :) 

 

Make him love training ... good luck mate.

Well picked the little one up yesterday from DJL4 and he’s a cracker on a 2,5 hr drive from Kent to Hampshire he whined got 10 mins ,got him home fed and watered he fell asleep on my legs which upon this queue I put him to sleep in his crate , he woke a further 3 times for about 20 mins at a time before settling down again ,couldn’t be happier with him

I live close to a main road traffic noise or police sirens don’t bother him nor do our 6 chickens so I’m happy in the fact that noise doesn’t worry him

 Looks like he's settled in well.

 He should have a bit of a brain between those ears, all the best with him in the future.

Cheers Dave he’s great never a dull moment with him even the mrs has fallen in love with him an spoilt him with toys , only had a few dodgey nights with him but he’s learning  slowly , a credit to you ,thanks again

 All of his siblings seem to be settled in all over the country now as well

 New owners all very pleased & happy which is always good to hear. 😎
