figgy Posted December 19, 2019 Report Share Posted December 19, 2019 (edited) Seen the trailer looks a good film. Once watched two fighters dog fighting along the coast. After a few minutes one lit the afterburners made a hell of a boom and it went almost verticle. Dissapeared so fast and just left a smoke trail. Personally I never got the whole gay subtext thing about Top Gun. Sure, some guys took their shirts off to play volleyball, which was a thrill for many girls (and many guys I'm sure) but Goose was married with a kid, Maverick has a love interest with Charlie, most of the other jocks were chatting up girls in that bar.
