Perazzi trigger options/ ideas

I have a 20-ish yr old MX8 I've had it for about 5 years and tbh the reach for the trigger is a little too far, so I called Chris Potter and there is a trigger available that is swept back further..... For £275. 

I was thinking if there is a cheaper option, maybe a trigger from a different brand? An after market option? Get a gunsmith to alter it? Any thoughts??? Cheers in advance

If you are going to spend that kind of money it would probably be worth looking for an adjustable trigger.

Surely if you have a Perazzi you accept the cost of parts!

Five years to discover your gun doesn’t fit? 
have you considered the stock maybe a tad long 

or do you have small hands ?

i think I would check with a good gun fitter first and foremost 

then consider trigger/ stock alterations 

may possibly be a better option to upgrade to different model of gun

I probably had a 3 year layoff and just started again so it's like relearning the feel of a gun the stock was shaped and fitted to me from settings provided by Holland and Holland a Xmas present, but you can't change the ratio between the trigger and grip, I have large hands.lol.its a shame they can't be adjusted like the Beretta triggers it only needs a couple of mm

I have absolutely no idea what a perazzi trigger looks like compared to other brands and probably can't help but if you put a picture up it may help people with ideas? Possibly other makes may fit?

Perazzi will build a stock with any grip radius you desire (if you pay enough).  
 

I go and see a good gun fitter to have the fit checked you may then need a stocker actioner or shooting instructor or combination.

Did a quick Google, as I'm sure you have, and it's a bit more than a sliding blade. 

And then there's fitting and getting the pull weight feeling right with the different trigger. 

Not looking like a cheap fix but then I think I'd want genuine parts if I had one fitted by an experienced professional.

No idea how feasible it would be to remove the trigger - apply some heat - bend it backwards.

I thought about that, the trigger looks like it's mounted on the plate, I have a good local gunsmith, I'll call him and see what he thinks.

It would help if we knew what subset of 20 year old MX8 trigger mechanism you're talking about. Mine has detachable trigger mechanism. The whole lot comes out.
