As far as I'm aware BS levels are not required, certainly my FAO didn't ask what type of safe I had for ammo, he didn't even check to see if it was secured to the wall, other than asking me. At least your guys ammo doesn’t get hoarded up during election cycles. All it takes is one political figure to open his mouth and everyone runs to the stores and cleans them out.
