uno smile on my face sir. We have won the game set and match..Avery is in isolation as is Packham.and crew..400meters safe buffer zone around recognised registered reserve. To be agreed from September by law By the way why not look into the areas of bird watching ..?. Flooded areas ...and the reserves ? Im sure  they are a burden some run down .... some seriously in the way of us sportsmen who cannot enjoy shooting nearby  some areas of good and plenty sport can then be had....after all they  tried to destroy my pleasure... My sport. Should we threaten  action like they have done (you prob do not agree) but the tax payer will save money allocated to their org... Or is it ..kill the shooter save the twitcher eh ? You can buy a few decoys or a new camo net eh???

AND YES Dave

The  basc can do without you if you dont agree .. so thats the answer... Go...even from the area known for great days wildfowling.... The wash ... never shot there but told its good shooting you have clubs there a plenty...reserves for our enemies too the twitcher.

Wild Justice are already going after Natural Resources Wales on the general licence asking for £42,500 to fight their case in court. At a time when the whole country is under stress they want the Welsh Government  to fight in court when all their resources  should be taken up fighting caronavirus. They care little for the general well being of people they are more concerned in lining the pockets of their solicitors Leigh Day.

Unfortunately this is another case with WJ,it is the release of game birds, the case against NRW is a completely different fight. They are opening themselves to a few different judicial reviews.,but with the amount of money they are getting given to them Leigh Day are more than happy to take the money, these are the same firm of solicitors that brought the cases against British Soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan .They are only in it for the money they can make and Wild Justice  supporters are only to pleased to give it to them.Chris Packham,Mark Avery and Ruth ...... can't remember her name are the drivers of these judicial reviews and you don't see them putting their money up front.

Those that think voluntarily surrendering lead shot and throwing everybody else under the bus for the sake of the "big bag" boys trying to justify excessive putting down birds as "they sell it the pheasants to Waitrose" are following a false star.

Wild Justice oppose grouse shooting per se...regardless of if the grouse are shot with lead or non-toxic. Wild Justice oppose releasing reared game per se...regardless of if it is shot with lead or non-toxic.

Voluntary banning lead shot won't change it. Indeed even if a legal ban on lead shot were enacted by Parliament on lead it wouldn't change those two aims of Wild Justice. A voluntary ban on lead shot offers no benefit to most of us. It is simply the delusional equivalent paying of "Danegeld" with base metal instead of noble metal.

WJ oppose ALL killing for sport. Those who believe that the cessation of driven shooting will save their particular type of killing for sport, must be extremely naive.

The Welsh govt can not afford to fight this at the moment as wild justice know they will expect them to capitualate an as with defra and natural england ..just ban ..save money.

The only way is if everyone who owns a license to write to his MP and say he will loose his seat. At the next election..But th govt at Westminster can veto any welsh legislation..Packham works freelance and has bbc contract. Pettition the bbc.hes gone of radar then..Avery has and can be sidelined..wild justice solicitors can be told ..you do not have to choose them for your buisness or legal stuff...remember in this day and age...money.... Money. Is the first thing..

Yeah! Notice Packham done self isolating with his step daughter and needed to keep his public profile! He was on the BBC1 show tonight talking about CV19 and critters at a Somerset animal rescue centre.    NB

they will get that and more..twitchers are agains shooting of birds thr release of birds..but they love the release of raptors packham will use his celeb status to get the money from them..the legal team will go ahead.. My thought is this ... Can the shooting organisations bring a case against wild justice for causing widespread worry amongst our farming communities. Who face worry over brexit...and now invasion of crop eating vermin of crops.

Why not as suggested and is in the process of being tried after june the release of birds from reared stock will still be reared stock..on the land or  estate they are stood or fly over ..birds from neighbouring estates.. Or land will also be classed as being reared where they are stood or fly over there identity will be where they are..... Located.   So will be tried from june this year we hope .if all that goes ok then it will be in the JANUARY 2021 legislation ..if the present virus goes away to return to normal..sneek prev is not much change..perhaps thats why they want to go try wales..then they have welsh govt to add pressure on westminster...some welsh MPs are anti....

Just a last thought if they do decide to make the birds that stand on or fly over land 400mteres away from the boundary then they are classed as reared ...Avery wild justice the rspb twitchers and our Mr  Packham and crew would have no say if birds that are NOT NAMED ON the new 1981(amended 2021) wildlife and countryside act are shot whilst flying or are sat  stood more than  400meters away from a reserve  that is legally registered as one such. End of ..law made clear as it will be ..Altogether now lets go 400meters away...and .... Take that right when given by law..see what twitchers do to packham and Averys cry for money..when we shoot within ear shot..AND .....You can eat most of them you know...crispy duck comes to mind...and they cant ...(pun coming here) .....cook your goose for it..

Can I ask why the over large type? It appears as if you’re shouting as well as ranting.

You saved me a post.

In amongst a lot of rambling and gibberish the man shows that he cares about shooting. The large bold typeface tends to spoil it for me.
