Any help really.

I recently sold a sub 12ftlb air rifle and posted it with pf48 as per their guide lines. Simple, used this loads of times and not really had a problem. This time tho, they have sent it up and down the country and the buyer still hasn't recieved it when he should of had it on the 19th. Its again prepared for delivery.

What rights do I have for a refund which I think he should be due, as its well over the postage time he paid for, as I cant seem to find any complaints procedure at all on parcelforces website?

Getting a refund out of ParcelFarce is like trying to get blood out of a stone. I now don't order anything from any company that uses them. You're North Dorset, it didn't, by any chance, have to go through Basingstoke, did it? Anything that touches that depot is doomed.

there is a complaints page:
https://www.parcelforce.com/help-and-advice/sending/problem-or-complaint

I'd go through that and at the same time, hammer them on social media; Facebook and Twitter and the like. The trouble is they still have been updating the tracking, so it's not lost...yet. But start banging on their door now and they might pull their finger out. Good luck!

I bought a scope a few years ago and when it arrived, the brown paper wrapping was torn and there was a boot or shoe tread pattern on the paper. I took pictures of the whole package and then peeled off the wrapping, the box had been crushed and up onpening it, the polystyrene packing fell out of the box like confetti and as I pulled the scope out, I noticed the scope was bent, more pictures were taken and I started a claim.  I emailed the pictures to Parcelfarce, then put the entire package in a well packed box and sent it to them.  A week later, the scope was returned with a letter explaining that they would not accept responsibility as it hadn't been packed in accordance with Parcelforce regulations.  I contacted them again and spoke to someone who knew about the claim, I said to him, if my order was not packed in accordance to their rules, why was the package accepted at the Post Office in the first place and why was the insurance be allowed to be taken out?  He had no answer and suggested I claimed from the seller.  This became a rather torrid and drawn out affair, that took over 7 months to sort out, the seller was a known air rifle dealer and they refused to cough up, even after I supplied them with a copy of Parcelfarce's letter, I then got in touch with my credit card company, eventually, it was sorted out.

If I post anything, I make sure it's always well packed, tightly wrapped and very secure, it might be overkill, but my mind is clear.

Not on social media at all but the misses is. I'll get on to it.

No idea where its been, in all fairness to the buyer he's been as good as gold, but should of been with him Wednesday Screenshot_20200223_164740_mobi.mgeek.TunnyBrowser.jpg.ca5cb403f4383db5c276a611f56fce36.jpg
