old'un Posted February 27, 2020 Report Share Posted February 27, 2020 Yep, I also had one telling me I can now use the issued GL for controlling pigeons, crows, etc and did not need to apply for an individual license. The footnote did say that if I wish to shoot Herring or Black backed gulls I would have to apply for a special license as their numbers were in decline and licenses were only being issued in certain circumstances.
