Dog room floor

Evening all, I am in the process of building a pre-utility room to keep the dogs in. It will be timber framed and flat roofed but just need something to put on the floor, I'm thinking along the line of some sort of pourable resin to keep it waterproof and not chewable. Does anyone have any suggestions of types or makes and any mistakes to avoid?

glassfiber it over dry wood, not hard to do ,resin, mat and a coat of gel coat, tough as old boots easy to wash and flush down, applied with with normal paint roller, use rubber matting or similar on top for non slip, or get a pro guy/company to glassfibre a panel of wood to size for you.
