Pheasant Snitzles

As per title copied the recipe for chicken ones but used pheasant breasts instead bit of chilli powder in with the paprika and jobs a gooden

Yep, spot on.  I do a similar thing but use Tonty C's Cajun Mix as the seasoning with a clove of garlic cooked slightly in the butter.  Great hot or cold.
