Wild Justice n Co Still at it!

Recommended Posts

Even with the crisis that's going on at the mo yesterday WJ put in another challenge for a review on the GL's in Wales and started yet another fundraiser to push it. How convenient once again when they do this they just so happen to find and post 2 alleged incident's of raptor persecution. Also posting a pic of CP with message wishing he gets coron virus. Really! Gues his gate out of bounds this time if he in isolation? Same old MO and slick bunch of messages from same folk supporting them doing it and asking for more money at this time at this time. Shame on them! Hope there followers can see through it and it shows them up for what they are! . . . One of Avery's followers was hinting for folk who might have symptoms to cough on farmers and Keepers. Nice!      NB

Wild Justice is asking for 42,000 pounds to fight Natural Resources Wales in court, about general licences in Wales.NRW have already said they are confident th licences are legal but that won't stop these self appointed vigilantes from going after them. They will go after NRW because the Welsh government is very weak and has been in the pockets of these people for some years. We have already lost pheasant shooting on ground owned by government and have lost rooks off the reissued licences. They must be stopped because with these deplorable people fighting us we are likely to lose all shooting in Wales a strong fight must be put  together.

On Wild Justice Twitter page they are asking for the crowd funding but also are talking about the ramifications this challenge could have for the forthcoming fight with NR and Scottish Nature. They will always go for the weakest first and with the current emergencies in the country the last thing the Welsh government need is to divert resources to fight an expensive court case.

I hope there actions at this time will show them up for what they are and some folk will finally realise what farming and rural community is really all about and what we do for the country. There words and threats really seem very hollow at this time!. Local farm shops and country folk really stepped up and supporting folk. Home delivery's and set up help network etc. 25kg of spuds £10.00 bargin n versatile. Droped load off to folk yesterday. Pigeons with them to my regular lot.   NB

I have often wondered this,5 pounds from everyone who owns a certificate. We would blow them out of the water, and just think of the money spent on the super high bird shoots etc.

because they are a non-profit limited company, if they loose they spend all their money fighting it then go into liquidation and the other party gets nowt.

mind you you then could try to get Packham declared not a fit and proper person to run a limited company and he would have to pay tax like the rest of us.....

The coughing on farmers and keepers comment was from one of his followers on Avery's blog other night.  They made light of it! But he still chose to put and leave it up hey!? Same said that while this crisis is going on we will be killing more wildlife as there will be fewer people about to witness it! They a sad lot and i hope there followers and funders come to realise that! Same old stuff, alleged incidents every time they want more attention and MONEY! . . . . . I see CP  has 2 new poddles. Sid and Nancy.  His post a bit like his address to the nation.  EGO we go again!   NB

Judicial review proceedings have a strict "as soon as possible" time limit and a longstop of three months from the decision complained of, so if they were going to issue proceedings they had to get a wriggle on.  Here's hoping that the Welsh government can get this action dismissed with costs.

I would happily donate if we could, If it could be turned into attritional warfare the side with greater resources should win.
