Attach image to PM?

As the title really, trying to attach image to PM but cannot see anywhere to-do this, can it be done?

Might be easier to get the recipient's email address and send it that way?

I posted an image in a PW topic several months ago, went to find it in my profile> attachments, copied a link to it then pasted it into the pm i sent you

Yep, there is but you have pasted a link to an image already on PW, my image is on my PC.

Good, so you can post an image into a post you have made in the last 24 hours, but which nobody is likely yo find unless you want them to, then copy a link to it into a Pm

 

you can practice with the above photo if you like p copy link address

Basically the answer is no, not like you can when replying to a topic. Or do dave-g's suggestion above. 

I just ask for email as there is no restriction on photo size then.

Ok have done it by uploading them to an old post on PW and doing a location copy and paste.

Unlikely to find? I think everyone on PW found it, I forgot that when I uploaded the images it put the old thread to the top of off topic.

Even Zapp asked me why I was posting in a 2015 thread.

That's very strange - I can only edit posts I made in the last 24 hours.

Thinking about it - I should have said to edit an old post not make a fresh post - sorry mate.
