marsh man
We had a bloke in our local paper this morning who was 76 and had all sorts of medical problems including breathing , he went to his grand daughters birthday party and fell over something and broke his hip , while in hospital he caught the virus and is now fully recovered , not everyone is as lucky by going on today death numbers . gotgcoalman
I got the letter from the Department of Health. Important - Action required.Sign up to the Government register for extremely Clinically Vulnerable People. All because I had a touch of throat cancer last year and they found I also have emphysema. isn't getting older fun. Ironically I'm also classed as an essential delivery driver (key worker) best of both worlds.
AVB
I saw some stats on the BBC today which emphasised that the risks are unfortunately very much staked up against the elderly. Of 6,493 deaths in England all but 52 were people aged above 60 which is a shocking percentage.
