The wife is having a clear out of the pantry, where we store our booze.........she has just found a bottle of Sloe Gin 2003 vintage!.........dunno how that slipped through the net? Anyway I will try it later to check if it’s still drinkable, or if it really does just mature with age? 🤪

We're currently going through the blackberry whiskey and gin atm. The sloe never lasts long no matter how much we make. I bought the last bottle of hortus sloe gin in lidl last week. Its a nice drink.

Im slightly jealous, that should be nicely done

Looses it's deep red burgundy to a more brown, tastes better too not sickly like some are.

My oldest is 2009 and not much left. Not made any for a while now.  Tend to just put a nice malt or cognac in the hip flask. Kings ginger another I like.
