mel b3
Those knives bring back a few memories, I remember standing at the paper shop window , and dreaming about owning one . One day , my old fella took me to the shop and bought me one of the small ones.
oldypigeonpopper
hello, ah the days of the traveling salesman (mostly ?) with a boot full of wares, before the days of mobile phones and internet sales, another memory of life past
DUNKS
That card could be even older. I well remember, "never likely to forget". My first job after leaving school as an apprentice printer. An order had been completed for 5000 of these cards, printed and die cut. One hole had not been cut out, the die had broke I was given a punch and a hammer. If I remember correctly it took me several days and sore fingers. This was 1950.
