My 10 year old lad wants a bash at the crows, wondering if anyone has some old ones for sale before I have to fork for new ones for him.

Thanks

Get yourself some of this. It's the same stuff that 'For Sale' signs are made out of. You can also use ProPlex floor protector, although it's a bit thinner. I bought some from Wickes. https://www.wickes.co.uk/Proplex-Black-Surface-Protection-Sheet-1200-x-1000-x-2mm/p/151157

a Primos crow caller

hello, the good thing about using Corex or similar you can pack 20 in a shooting bag but watch out for bending the long beak???

hello, i think there all about the same, i was recommended the Primos

Don't think there's much to choose in the call, but the Acme looked a bit smaller, more pocket size.

As soon as you get the call right, and it does take practice the crows answer then fly over high. Call again and they circle into the decoys to land.

Setting the hide up, my son putting out decoys, blowing the call, 1 lonesome bird came and landed right behind my son. Wasn't put off by him till he stood up. (It's only happened the once mind).

I like the idea of the for sale signs, plenty houses round here have boards up😇
