How do know where we live ? Goes hand in hand ! Shank it next week now , see how it goes, not sure I'd take carving up as a career though....

Typical.....spoil sport !!!

That is a very nice job. Lovely shape to it and it is instantly recognisable as a grouse....no no just kidding .....very much a cock pheasant.

Have you tried either?🤔

If I carved for a year, I would be happy with that at the end. Well done.

I wasn't allowed to join our local Morris dancers, I've been circumcised

That's brilliant, Boo!   :good:

As someone who struggles to sharpen a pencil with a knife, I'm in awe of people with skills like yours.

No, circumcised, as I was always told that you've got to be a complete p£&€k to be a Morris dancer

It's not bad , tall Walker,  on a hazel twister , see how it develops, hopefully going to work on the feathers once the pyro pen arrives, something else to try !

Well done for trying something different. However, having seen your other sticks, I'm not surprised at all that it's turned out so well.

Look forward to the pyro pen work.
