ditchman Posted June 18, 2020 Author Report Share Posted June 18, 2020 i have been inspecting the scene of devistation.....................it is now apparent that the moles have moved their earthmoving ops to a deeper level.....there are still a couple of small/short surface runs.....but i have a half made poker which i have used to delve into the ground.... it now seems i will have to dig out a hole 6"---8" deep to set the traps.....i have sharpened my SAS army trenching tool which will make a clean job of the hole...and i have a deserrt spoon to remove any loose soil....prior to the installation of the trap/s.....i will not back fill with soil but close the hole off with a board and a brick...... when the traps come i shall lay out my tool/s...for all to see what is needed for a sucessful molehunt...........
