ditchman Posted June 21, 2020 Author Report Share Posted June 21, 2020 well ....it seems that the moles have not used the surface runs for 24 hrs now...and have not touched the trap...........i had the opportunity to clear this problem up a week or so ago when they were all digging close to the surface....and i used those mickey mouse traps which got sprung 7 times..... i will now have to dig down to the low level runs at 6"---9" deep and lay the trap there on the other side of the garden....i didnt want to spend my time digging bloody great holes in the lawn ...but i need to now...so i can clear this problem up as its getting worse...... i will have my 3rd cup of tea and then ...relay the trap at the lower level......i have probed in several areas twixt the mounds and have located suitable areas...will take a few pics later and put them up.. a very unhappy ditch...
