Well according to the professional mole catchers moles have around 4 hour resting and 4 hours feeding and digging, the good news is the trap was set in its new position 4 hours ago……go check the trap, its about to-be sprung, the end is in sight. :yahoo:

I do the same when I am decoying blacks, I put a few on the fence, its surprising how well it works in pulling the blacks in, so tell me, do you find this also works for mole decoying, must say its anew one on me.  :yes:

this one was caught at the far reaches of its empire and it was going left to right....so now i will work back....there is a new molehill (small one) to the left about 20ft  away ...so i will probe the ground for a tunnel and set it there...after filling this tunnel in...........

i heard the trap go off...it was about 12.15 last night...i sleep with the windows open...and i heard a "GED-ANCK..".... it was the trap springing and it jumped up and hit the bottom of the steel cover plate...................i smiled and fell into a blissful sleep.............
