30-6
I have a packet of unopened paste the one you mix with water, and a tube of unopened pre- mixed paste with a sealed top. Both are 10 to 15 years old. Are they useable ? Wanting to re- stick some edges that are coming loose between where the sheets of paper join which has been up many years. Can't see no use by date. fatchap
I wouldn't have thought so. I would use border adhesive on the edges to stick them back down.
Walker570
You can only try . I have used some really old sealed packets before now and they did the job. As said there is stuff to do just along edges

bavarianbrit
Flour and water was the recipe in the 1960s
NatureBoy
The unopened packet should be ok. The sealed tube is probally overlap/border adhesive. Basically PVA. Work tube in your hands to mix it. Cut top, if it smells bad or gone brown/lumpy/runny bin it. If it.s been frosted bin it. NB
