Walker570
Anyone know of a supplier, preferably within a 50 mile run from CV9. That's copper coated. Edited June 25, 2020 by Walker570

enfieldspares
Have you tried asking if Norman Clarke can advise? Or perhaps Lylvale?

Walker570
Hah!! Thank you, no I hadn't but I will. I want some to be able to load a full driven days shooting and compare the results over five days copper plated to five days lead. I have done some pattern tesing but at the end of the day it is how they perform in the field.

Only the loaders knew what was in each barrel. You could tell the difference in the kills.
enfieldspares
In the field, on decoyed pigeons, I've seen no benefit at all between 1 1/16 lead #6 and 1 1/16 copperplated lead #6. The lead were Hull and the lead were Eley and bot were paper cased through the same gun bored improved and improved in both barrels. In fact I think that the copperplated performed worse. And for that reason I didn't even consider using them on my driven pheasant days. Edited July 3, 2020 by enfieldspares
