Framboise

We have had a good crop of early raspberries this year, so I diverted a couple of large punnetsworth into a Kilner jar with 1/2 litre of Lidl's vodka.

I left it for 2 weeks, strained it into a bottle, then added sugar syrup to taste.

I gave my wife two small glasses to blind taste.

My framboise and the last of our bottle of commercial framboise.

"Ooh, that's a bit rough, this one is nicer"

We won't be buying the commercial stuff again!
