Thats on the 008. The 007 just has the OLED screen upgrade. Theres a lot of people saying the IR isnt as good as older types, but its still good to ID 200+ yards on spot. If you need to shoot further , its do able , but a separate laser torch is better. It also depends on the scope, less coatings to obstruct IR light , the better.
