A1 Decoys, Excellent Customer Service

You often see people commenting on poor service from businesses so I thought I would put up a positive post.


I recently had a part break on a magnet purchased from A1 Decoys earlier on this year. It has had some use. An emailed photograph of the defective part resulted in a new part dropping through my letter box a few days later free of charge!  

Top marks to the team at A1 Decoys.

About a year ago, I purchased a Commander seat from A1 Decoys and after a few trips out, some of the welding on the swivel part failed. Like Clodhopper, I emailed a photo of the defective part and received a replacement the next day. Faults occur, but in my opinion, it's the ability to rectify them that counts and A1 certainly performed well. 

This was dealt with by Aimee, who I understand has now left, but I'm pleased to hear that A1 continue to provide excellent service.
