dad Posted October 6, 2020 Report Share Posted October 6, 2020 just recieved s.g renewal notification in post are they saying i have to print out a form fill it in and post it back to them also print a forme for gp send to gp wait for them to send it back then i send it off with other forme. Dougy Posted October 6, 2020 Report Share Posted October 6, 2020 I received my renewal a few weeks ago and shortly after a letter from my local surgery asking for £60 for them to basically confirm if what i put in the 201 form had been answered correctly and honestly. I cant see why your force could not contact your GP and request that they do the same the address for your GP is on the 201 form, again you answered a question on the form and again its ignored.
