Scully Posted October 31, 2020 Report Share Posted October 31, 2020 Personally I think he was a better actor than he was portrayed, and much of it is down to direction anyhow, and for me his best roles were ‘The Man Who Would be King’, and ‘The Offence’ with the fabulous Ian Bannen. He was ok in The Untouchables but over acted in my opinion. Saying that he was an iconic actor from my childhood, and yet another sadly gone.
